葉家瑄律師事務所 是一間位於台北的國際法律事務所，具備流利英語與國際視野，為個人、來台外籍人士與企業提供專業法律服務。本所由主持律師葉家瑄於2024年5月創立，設於台北市信義區，致力於提供專業、嚴謹且具溫度的法律服務，協助當事人於人生關鍵時刻，爭取最大程度的保障與公平。

Linda Yeh Attorney at Law is a Taipei-based international law firm offering professional legal services to individuals, expats, and businesses. With strong English proficiency and a global perspective, we are committed to delivering clear, effective, and culturally attuned legal solutions.

Founded in May 2024 by Managing Attorney Linda Yeh, the firm is located in Xinyi District, Taipei. We strive to provide legal services that are not only precise and rigorous, but also grounded in empathy—supporting our clients through some of the most critical moments in their lives while safeguarding their rights and pursuing fairness.

主持律師於求學階段，原以赴美深造、進入美國大型法律事務所工作為職涯目標。 然而，在就讀國立臺灣大學法律研究所期間，主持律師參與一件原遭判處無期徒刑之刑事案件救援，最終成功為當事人爭取無罪定讞。該案件對主持律師產生深遠影響——深刻體認到，好的法律服務，不僅是專業的展現，更可能拯救一個被錯誤判決影響命運之人，並徹底改變其一生。

也正因如此，主持律師取得台大法律研究所學位後，最終選擇留在台灣，創立本所，期能以自身專業，實際回應社會的真實需求。

During her academic journey, Ms. Yeh originally planned to pursue further studies in the United States and build her career at a large international law firm. However, while studying at the Graduate Institute of Law at National Taiwan University, she participated in a criminal case involving a defendant who had previously been sentenced to life imprisonment. The case was ultimately overturned, resulting in a final acquittal.

This experience profoundly reshaped her perspective on the role of legal professionals. It reinforced a core belief: legal practice is not merely about technical expertise—it has the power to correct injustice, restore dignity, and fundamentally change the course of a person’s life.

Motivated by this conviction, Ms. Yeh chose to remain in Taiwan after completing her LL.M., founding the firm with the goal of using her expertise to address real societal needs.

本所業務範圍涵蓋民事、刑事、家事訴訟等傳統訴訟案件，並延伸至企業法律顧問、契約審議、商務協商談判、調解及其他非訟法律服務。 服務對象除一般民眾外，亦包含企業、公益團體、外國公司及外籍人士，具備處理涉外案件與跨文化溝通之豐富經驗。

Our practice covers a wide range of legal services, including civil, criminal, and family litigation, as well as corporate legal advisory, contract drafting and review, business negotiations, mediation, and other non-litigation matters. In addition to individual clients, we regularly serve companies, nonprofit organizations, foreign entities, and expatriates, with extensive experience in cross-border matters and multicultural communication.
